Managing product ownership tasks and leading on the strategic direction of the GOSH charity's website, whilst embedding and championing UX research & design, SEO and the work of the development and content teams.
Working in an agile team, identifying opportunities, scoping and leading on UX projects. Procuring suitable usability testing tools.
Developing UX maturity, through presentations to various teams across the charity and working fundraisers on their webpages to demonstrate the importance of data-led UX design.
Projects include re-designing and A/B testing marketing opt-in banners, re-designing CMS streamfields, first click tests and surveys to inform information architecture optimisations. Reduced legacy marketing user journey from 4 content pages to one key landing page (6 clicks to 2 in user journey). Optimised information architecture for legacy management, reportedly eliminating executor complaints since March 2023.

Extensive user research and data analysis experience in various roles, including 5 contracts for leading music therapy charity Nordoff and Robbins, where I analysed data (using Upshot, Python, SurveyMonkey) to generate 18 performance metrics across the organization of staff (in excess of 25 service evaluations). Other projects include: user experience research for Aalborg University and MusicWorks (South Africa); a psychosocial support service research project funded by the European Commission; an information needs research and analysis project for St James' Church, London.
My work in South Africa included service evaluation projects and assisting the music therapist in palliative care children’s hospitals, child care homes and community centres.
